MetroWest Daily News - Health Coverage: "Nearly two-thirds of third-graders with the state insurance have had at least one cavity, compared with 44.7 percent of uninsured kids, the new study found.



Forty percent of kids covered by MassHealth suffer from untreated tooth decay and 16 percent urgently needed treatment, the report found. Kids with no insurance again did better, as 24.4 percent had untreated decay and only 5.9 percent had urgent needs"
