Fluoridation postcards violate NH election law:

"MANCHESTER � A city Health Department official yesterday said �a loose-knit group of health professionals� is responsible for producing and mailing a pro-fluoridation postcard that the state�s top election official said violates state law. "

"Gardner said the law requires someone to take responsibility for political messages put into print or broadcast. A violation of the law could result in a misdemeanor conviction against an individual, a felony against an organization, he said."

"The postcard makes for the second campaign-related misstep by pro-fluoridation forces in a week’s time."
