Dr. Maged Khedr, dentist: 'The worst cases that we've seen is dental infections related to delay in treatment.'
Dentists say delayed treatment means 52 percent of all children experience tooth decay before the age of 8. That figure jumps to 78 percent at age 17. The majority are low-income children."
