"The report found that more than 50 percent of communities in the state, or 187, don't have a dentist who accepts MassHealth, the state Medicaid program for the poor and disabled. Of the 5,000 active, registered dentists in the state, only about 800 to 900 currently accept MassHealth patients, according to the report."
