"(Raleigh) News & Observer RALEIGH -- One in five N.C. children goes to kindergarten with untreated tooth decay, while less than half of Medicaid-eligible children get any dental services at all, a new report on the health of the state's children shows. 'In this millennium, that's basically a tragedy,' said Tom Vitaglione, one of the authors of the annual child health report card and a senior fellow at Action for Children N.C., a child health advocacy organization."
