Center offers day of free dental work:

"Wilson has worked with similar patients in two church mission trips he has taken to Honduras.

He pulled nearly 1,000 teeth each of the weeks he was there in February 2004 and this past February, he said.

Wilson said he could probably do the same number of extractions here.

'It's the same result, but it's from two different things,' he said. Here, people have options; there, ,they don't have a choice.'"
